Hello there :) Welcome to my brand new blog (eek).

This isn't my first foray into blogging, but I feel as nervous and excited as if it were. I previous had a blogspot where I mostly blogged about music, and then I moved over to more cross genre blogging on Tumblr - a very handy format for multimedia quickfire blogging - but I felt like I wanted to expand on my writing style a bit, and maybe branch out into more fashion and lifestyle type posts, so I made this here blog :)

So, a little bit about me in case you're interested.

My name is Rosie B.

I'm 22 years old, married to a wonderful man (Mr. B) and proud owner of two beautiful kitties. We all live as one big happy family in a small town just outside Leeds in the north of England, although we're both originally from the south. I work in some local schools attempting to tame wild children with kind words and cuddles. I'm big on both music and books - some favourites include Belle & Sebastian, LCD Soundsystem, The National (for music) and Murakami, Coupland and Dessen for books. The title of this blog is actually the name of a Sarah Dessen novel, and the url makes it into a quote from that book - a sentiment I would do better to live by, definitely.

I'm hoping to show a little slice of my life through this blog, by updating regularly with what I'm wearing, what music I'm listening to, books I'm reading etc. A little bit of everything really.
